A labor doula will support you during your pregnancy, during labor and birth, and during the immediate postpartum period. Our doula’s are well equipped to support you in all settings (hospital, home, birth center) and during medicated and unmedicated births. Your labor doula will conduct at least 2 prenatal visits, help you prepare a birth plan/birth preferences, teach you and your partner about laboring positions, comfort techniques for pain management, what to expect during childbirth, and will provide physical and emotional support during active labor, delivery, and for 1-2 hours post-birth. Your doula will be on call for the 2 weeks before and after your estimated due date and you will have access to 24/7 support via phone, text, and email during that time frame.

Price Ranges: $500-$2,500

A postpartum doula can provide daytime or overnight support to help ease the transition from pregnancy to the postpartum period. Your doula can guide you through your postpartum recovery process by teaching you tips for healthy recovery, make sure you as the mother are getting everything you need (rest, showers, nutrition, etc.), support family members in knowing the best ways to be effective in your postpartum recovery, encourage mother-baby bonding, rock baby to sleep after feeding, teach you newborn care skills, organize baby’s nursery, clean bottles/pumps, and see that your new family is feeling cared for. Your doula is also trained to recognize signs of postpartum mood and anxiety disorders and can connect you to professionals who specialize in mental health care. Postpartum doula’s are also a very helpful support system for families caring for multiples!

Prices Ranges: $30-$55/hr

Your newborn care specialist is available to care for your baby age 0-12 weeks, day or night, so you can rest, care for yourself, bond with siblings, etc. You can breathe a sigh of relief knowing that a skilled professional with specialized newborn care training and experience, is keeping your newborn safe, helping them get to sleep, changing diapers, feeding bottles, preparing them for breastfeeding, and tidying up and restocking their cute little belongings, while you take care of your needs.
